This is Demonic, he was once solely the spirit of the land that Winter Water ended up being built up on. He observed the humans and Telar building this city upon his home.

He silently observed the people, able to freely move about their city. Eventually he found a hilarious image in one of the books that Humans had. He then took the book and showed it to Hippip, laughing at the idea that humans had such an imagination and that they were so wrong about what was in the forest that was so close to them.

Over time he began to study the people and watch as their city slowly began to grow, and as more people began to arrive. More than once he'd walk into places unseen and look at the books that the people had.

Over the decades, which turned into centuries, he watched the Emperors and Empresses, come and go, watched the laws change and the city which was once small, grow into a city that could proudly be called 'the Heart of the Empire'.

Taking the form that he had seen in that book and had once laughed at he entered the city.

The life he has now started when he walked into a school and told the first adult he saw, that he was going to teach. He walked into the first room and began to teach. People quickly came to realize that he was a very powerful person and that nobody had anyway of getting him out of the school. He began to teach and do everything he wanted to do. Causing disruptions without meaning to, and living at the school.

Over the centuries he has learned more than he realizes. The most important thing he's learned, is how to work with the humans he lives with now. Which, is a massive relief to the ones who have to work with him daily.

Even if he has been around people for so long, some things, are still beyond his grasp, but as he's told by any older adults, they don't understand what teenagers anyway.
