Bio:
Nebraska was raised by humans and has since been adopted by Roxx. She tries to act like an adult with with the prolonged exposure to her own species she's discovered that she's not anywhere near the age that she believes she is. To prove this point some remind her that she is 'still just a smeety'.

Do to living on a ship, her bomb making has been put on hold, but it is something that she still has an interest in. With the influx of youths closer to her age, there is the hope that she'll be able to have her time occupied with classes like the other Cadets and NOT by being destructive, obnoxious, or trouble making.
